Hello,

I don't speak german, but I find this forum and some themes regarding repair dishwashers. Hope I can write in English and find some help here. Thank you in advance!

Anyhow. I have Gorenje GV63324 and have huge problems with electronic mainboard which is same for some Smeg and Teka models. First there was an issue with three way rotating valve and I find one thiristor Z7M burned (most left one in a line of five). I change it and now another one in the middle, same Z7M was burned after one successful washing. Okay, this one is for input water valve (valve is okay). I see now there is also burned SMD resistor 821 for this thiristor. Can I take one SMD from left side of the board where there is no output transistor (near 0 Ohm bridge)? Seems like there is only prepared for some additional output and I think it's not in use.

What do you think?

There is no way we can determine if that resistor on the left is used or not. We dont have schematics for electronic boards at all, manufacturers of houshold machines don't offer them, not even to technical engineers of the company themselve.

Beside that: if that resistor has gone, the gate of the triac has been at a very high voltage (short circuit between triac anode and gate) and so the processor which it is attached to directly, has been blown as well.

I see no possible repair.

well i would not recommend to desolder that resistor as it might be used for temination of the output or anything else. check the number on it and for testing you can use a standard type.

also check the transistor on the upper left.... looks linke it has some bubbles on the plastic surface..... but the quality of the pic is too low to tell you for sure...

but it might be also like @Kees wrote before and the processor has gone.....

In the meantime I made a little drawing in your photo, where you can see the path to the processor.

No way you can repair that, unless you would replace the processor itself and reprogram the new one.
But that's going way to far for this forum (you should have a good working processor to copy the program from!).

Hello guys.

I'm very surprised as there is few replays in only 2 hours on that post.

Okay. So... I agree there is possibility to have high voltage impact to CPU, but in this situation electronic just return there is no water, so I want to give a try and change this components and see what happend next. I have one new thiristor on stock, but doesn't have SMD resistor 820ohm. That's why I'm asking for. Oh just to mention that resistor is not shorted, it's opened.

Btw. For first post I only help myself with translator, but not for text only for orientation for buttons meaning.

I did not mention it was shortet. I sayd that if this resisstor is burned, it has had a high voltage. That high voltage was lead to the processor as well.

You should first bother about why that triac (it's not a thyristor but a triac) was blown anyway. Because if you don't, the new triac will go as well, which leaves you with no spare components at all.

Once again: there is no way to figure out (at distance) what the function is of that left connection (where you want to take the resistor from). It does directly lead to one of the processor inputs.That's all, only you can see if there is a wire on that particular point and if so, where it leads to.

Okay.

I find another same value and size smd resistor so it will be replaced, same with triac Z7M.

I think I already find the reason: wires from this plate and particular valve are going down to pipe hose where connector is located. Female part of connector before wires are going into main water pipeline to valve was black and seems little bit burned. I thin there some water was inside and make shortcut between both wires. Result is of course burned output triac.

So, anyway it's worth to try if will work. As it is main water valve, result will be seen immediately if there will be no incoming water.

It's working! Yesterday I finally assemble and try it. After 2 weeks it was still in mode that he didn't accomplish program so when I was close the door he continued with washing. After successful finish I try two more programs and also ended successfully.

I also repair water valve connector that never again will cause triac blow off.
